33-01  Castello di Arcano Pinot Grigio D.O.C. Friuli Grave 2003

A white wine with a straw yellow colour, which may sometimes be intense.  A typical bouquet reminiscent of acacia flowers.  It is suitable to accompany fish, ham, all white meal and many types of cheese.  The wine is particularly suited as an aperitif and to be enjoyed on its own.

Grape variety:  Pinot Grigio (grapes grown by organic methods)

Serving temperature: 10º-12ºC

 

33-02  Castello di Arcano Pinot Grigio D.O.C. Friuli Grave 2007

Clear with straw-yellow colour, and with full bouquet fragrance that remembers acacia flowers and apple.  Suitable for fish and white meat.

Grape variety:  Pinot Grigio (grapes grown by organic methods)

Serving temperature: +/-15ºC

 

33-03  Castello di Arcano Pinot bianco D.O.C. Friuli Grave

A delicate and velvety white wine with high alcoholic content and level of acidity.  Its fragrance contains hints of white flowers, apple and apricot.  When aged, its bouquet evolves into tinges reminiscent of ripe fruit, dried fruit, and aromatic herbs.  Excellent as a before dinner drink, suitable for a wide range of starters and soup or fish-based dishes.

Grape variety:  Pinot Bianco (grapes grown by organic methods)

Serving temperature: 12ºC
