This wine is crimson red and offers its tasters an elegant bouquet of ripe fruit, umé and vanilla. On the palate it is a flexible wine, which evolves on fruity notes. Its beautiful structure persists throughout making it a wine with great ageing potential.

4-05         Château La Fleur du Baril AOC Montagne St. Emilion

Appellation Montagne Saint-Emilion, 2nd wine of Château Haut-Goujon

This wine has an aromatic expression of spices and menthol; its flexibility and the balance in its structure allow it to be enjoyed now or within three to five years.

Grape varieties: 90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon

 
12-01   Château Gourran, Rouge Tradition, Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux

Medium dense Dark Ruby red color with a light edge. Comfortable warm scent of ripe dark berries, a little vanilla. The flavor has mild tannin, great intense fruit marked by ripe fruit blackcurrants, blackberries and liquorices, tobacco smoke, toast and some herbs. A really good "easy drinking" wine, nice medium strong red Bordeaux. Should decant/oxidize an hour. Enjoyable alone or with medium and heavy meat dishes such as grilled beef or lamb.

12-02   Château Gourran, Grande Réserve, Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux

Young, medium strong, pleasantly spiced. A nice, dry red wine with a good juicy taste of berries. Save 3-5 years or oxidize at decanter 1-2 hours. Well suited for heavy dishes such as beef. Stylish Bordeaux wine with character already and far more "pleasant to drink" than many other Bordeaux wines, which often have more aggressive tannin

12-03 Château Gourran, Clairet,  Clairet Bordeaux

Clairet is a specialty of Bordeaux. It is produced from black grapes, normally Cabernet Sauvignon. Dark pink, pomegranate-colored with a light purple tinge, light edge.
Warm, friendly, slightly spicy with a very smooth flavor of blackcurrant, cranberry, strawberry and a little mature Mirabelle plums that soft rounds off the wines fresh fruit taste.
An incredibly beautiful strong Clairet "Rose" wine, which is powerful, suitable for spicy dishes, and for fish, seafood, poultry or light meat

16-07   Vieux Château Pelletan

Lovely intensely aromatic, very fruity bouquet, combines strength and elegance while remaining very smooth tasting. Fine expression of the Saint-Emilion terroir. Strength and subtlety trigger an explosion of flavours on the palate.

Grape varieties: 85 % Merlot, 15% Cabernet franc

19-05      Château Tour Saint-Fort, St.-Estephe, Crû Bourgeois

A dark, almost black colour with a lively red tint adding freshness and brightness. A seductive, sumptuous colour; nose: generous, complex Morello cherry, cinnamon and jammy red berry aromas. Full, well rounded, generous and powerful with superb length; a good tannin structure, mellow and full-flavoured. A lovely long finish. A delightful wine, combining ‘terroir’ and know-how.

19-07   Château Tour Saint-Fort, St.-Estephe, Baron d'Estours, 2ème vin

Open and complex with hints of mineral and cinnamon. Finesse and elegance with

smooth tannins and hint of fruit stones on the finish

29-07     Château Mongravey 2005, Cuvée Cru  Bourgeois Margaux

Deep dark black colour. The nose expresses gravely soils from Margaux. Red plums, blackcurrant and violet, an extremely elegant bouquet. A full-bodied structure in the mouth where bind raspberry and acidulous blackcurrant with a great freshness and a finish with a slight note of freshly roasted coffee and bitter dark chocolate. Ideal compliment to a piece of grilled beef, this wine reveals a great ageing capacity.

29-11    Château Braude Fellonneau,
Crû Bourgeois
, HAUT Médoc

Micro Cuvée. Limpid, red garnet colour with a pink hue. Explosive nose with aromas of

coffee, toasted bread and vanilla. A firework of spices. A tender entry where strawberry expresses itself just before raspberry, warmth and length of an unusual vintage. A lot of sunshine! This vintage will accompany white meat, poultry but also cheddar.
